This is a 4 Day Course over 2 consecutive weekends that entitles you with 35 Contact Hours of Project Management Learning or PDU (Professional Development Unit) recognized by PMI. This training is conducted by our PMP Certified Lead Project Manager with over 10 years experience in managing Large Complex Projects.

Course Objectives:
To prepare You for taking the PMP Certification and provide core knowledge of Project Management Concepts and Methodologies established by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
